Insoles

Natural Insoles

Recognized by its unique qualities, texture and aesthetics, Cork is an excellent, sustainable alternative to leather, foam and plastics. It is natural, renewable, biodegradable and recyclable, and 100% environmentally friendly.

Natural Cork molds to the foot over time, providing a custom fit that stays firm, providing proper arch support and foot alignment. The natural elasticity of cork means less impact force is transferred up into ankles, shins and knees, reducing joint stress. Cork has a natural resistance to moisture and together with its lightweight, wear-resistance and capacity to disperse energy, it is an excellent choice for certain insoles, orthotics and shoes.

At Bestol we work with diverse foams, gels and plastics and other materials and understand the part we can play in creating a more sustainable supply chain.

Over the past few years, wider environmental awareness has meant a significant increase in the demand for bio-friendly manufactured insoles and footwear.
